The Two Kings Whose Countries Moses Took and Disposed of.

This chapter summarizes the conquests made by the Israelites in the promised land on the other side of the Jordan River. The boundaries of this acquired territory extended from the river Arnon to the south and mount Hermon to the north (see Numbers 21:21-24; Deuteronomy 2:36; 3:3-16).
